Terms of service

The deal between you and TCG On Wheels.

Effective October 1, 2026 · Applies to the TCG On Wheels app (scan.tcgonwheels.com, the Android and iOS apps) and tcgonwheels.com.

1. What the app is

TCG On Wheels is a pricing and buy-offer tool for trading cards and collectibles. It shows market values and recent sales pulled from third-party data sources and builds a suggested offer using percentages you set. It is a tool for your judgement, not a replacement for it.

2. Prices are estimates

Market values, recent sales and offers shown in the app are estimates built from third-party data that can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. You are responsible for every offer you make and every purchase you complete. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller or buyer, and we are not liable for losses from a price shown in the app.

3. Your account

• You must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account. Shop plans include team seats for your staff; each staff member uses their own seat.
• Don't scrape, resell or redistribute the pricing data, probe the service, or use it to build a competing product.

4. Plans and billing

• Free includes a daily number of lookups. Pro and Shop are monthly or yearly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the menu (More on a phone) → Plan & billing → Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it.
• Lookup allowances reset on your billing date (Pro) or each day (Free) and do not roll over. Promotional codes and referral credits are applied by Stripe and can't be exchanged for cash.
• Where you subscribed through an app store, that store's terms and refund rules apply to the purchase.

5. Your content

Lots, notes, portfolio entries, logos and anything else you enter stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service for you and your team. We may use aggregated, anonymised usage data (for example, which sets are searched most) to improve the product.

6. Availability

We aim for the app to be up all the time but can't promise it. Third-party data sources, app stores and payment providers can fail outside our control. We may change or retire features with notice in the app.

7. Ending the relationship

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service or don't pay. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach, we refund any unused prepaid period.

8. Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses from relying on a price shown in the app.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

10. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will show the new effective date here and tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the new terms.
